Conclusion of the contract
contract The contract is concluded as soon as the room (s) is / are ordered and confirmed, or if confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints. The guest must also check the reservation for correctness. As the customer, the customer is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from this contract.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 11 a.m. Reserved rooms must be occupied by 6 p.m. at the latest. If this does not happen, the hotel can dispose of the room, unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed.
Services and prices
The contractual services result from the information in the reservation confirmation. The agreed prices are inclusive prices. Program changes reserved.
If the contractual services are not used, the guest is obliged to pay the following price for the duration of the reservation:
- up to 30 days before arrival = free of charge
- 29-15 days before arrival = 50%
- 14-4 days before arrival = 70%
- 3 days to the day of arrival or no-show = 90%
If the hotel incurred special costs as a result of the order, these are to be reimbursed in full by the customer. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
The hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the provision of the service has become impossible due to force majeure or industrial action, without claims for damages being derived from this.
In commercial transactions, the place of performance and jurisdiction are the hotel's registered office. Oral agreements only become effective if the hotel has confirmed them in writing. Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
