The steam sauna is a special variant of the classic sauna. Even the ancient Romans appreciated the beneficial effects of a room filled with steam on body and mind. The steam bath is recommended as the first sauna session and frees you from the inside, so to speak. The moist, warm air increases the elasticity of the connective tissue and muscles. It has a pain-relieving and relaxing effect on tense or tense muscles. Also good for circulation and constitution. An optimal remedy for weather sensitivity. The ideal length of stay in the steam bath is 10 to 15 minutes.
The Finnish sauna is probably the best known type of sauna. The age-old tradition of cozy wooden huts, in which a fired oven with infusions makes its occupants sweat, dates back to the Stone Age. A sweat phase of 15 minutes is optimal; after leaving the cabin, the cooling phase follows, in which the airways and skin are cooled with cold water or outdoors. This phase can also take up to 15 minutes. You can repeat the sauna session up to three times. After the sauna session, you can relax and unwind.
A bio sauna is a gentle variant of the Finnish sauna. This results in a comparatively lower room temperature of around 45 - 60 degrees Celsius. In contrast to other types of saunas, the humidity is higher, around 40 to 55 percent. Due to the low temperatures, it is possible to stay longer (up to half an hour) in the sauna. In addition, there are different phases of sweating and cooling. As a result, the bio sauna has a health-promoting and skin-care effect
In your resting phase, you not only have access to the relaxation rooms and outdoor terrace, but also the large living room where you can relax with a glass of tea, coffee or a glass of wine.
